ଯୋଗର ସହଜ ମାନେ କଣ ?
ଶ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ଠାକୁର - ଯୋଗ ମାନେ ଭଲ ପାଇବା | କାହାରକୁ ଭଲ ପାଇଁଲେ ତାର ଚିନ୍ତା ମନ ରେ ଲାଗି ରହି ଥାଏ | ଭାବିବାକୁ ହୁଏ, କେଉଁ ଥିରେ ତାର ଭଲ ହେବ, କିପରି ସୁଖୀ ହେବ, ତାର ସୁଖ ସୁବିଧା ପାଇଁ ମୁଁ କଣ କରି ପାରେ | ତେଣୁ loving active effort (ପ୍ରୀତି ପୁର୍ଣ ସକ୍ରିୟ ) ଚେଷ୍ଟା ମଧ୍ୟ ଲାଗି ଥାଏ | ଭାବିବା , କହିବା ଓ କରିବାରେ ଜଡିତ ହୋଇ ପଡେ | ଏହାକୁ ହିଁ କୁହା ଯାଏ ଯୋଗ | ସ୍ତ୍ରୀ -ପୁତ୍ରଙ୍କୁ ନେଇ ଆମେ ଯେପରି ଜଡିତ ହୋଇ ପଡୁ , ଭଗବାନଙ୍କୁ ନେଇ ଇଷ୍ଟଙ୍କୁ ନେଇ ଏପରିଭାବେ ଜଡିତ ହୋଇ ପଡିଲେ କାମ ଫତେ. | ସେତେବେଳେ ଆଉ କସରତ କରିବାକୁ ହୁଏ ନାହିଁ | ତାଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଭାବିବା , କହିବା , spontaneous (ସ୍ଵତ୍ୱ ) ହୋଇ ଉଠେ | ସେଥିରୁ ଆସେ knowledge (ଜ୍ଞାନ ), knowledge(ଜ୍ଞାନ) ରୁହୁଏ experience (ଅଭିଜ୍ଞତା) ରୁ ହୁଏ wisdom (ପ୍ରଜ୍ଞା ) | ଏଇପରିଭାବେ power (ଶକ୍ତି) ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଏ , ability (ସାମର୍ଥ୍ୟ ) ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଏ ,posperity (ସମୃଦ୍ଧି) ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଏ | ସେ ତାହା ଚାହେଁନା ମନକୁ ମନ ସବୁ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ହୁଏ |

English Translation
What is the simple meaning of Yoga?
Sri Sri Thakur says: Yoga means love.When you love someone, their thoughts naturally stay in your mind.
You begin to think — In what way will they be well? How will they be happy? What can I do for their comfort and joy?
So, love always involves active effort.One becomes engaged in thinking, speaking, and doing for that person.
This very state is what we call Yoga. Just like how we become deeply involved with our spouse and children,
— if we become that deeply connected with God or our chosen ideal (Iṣṭa), then our goal is achieved.
At that stage, there is no more need for forced effort —Thinking about Him, speaking about Him — all of that happens spontaneously.
From that spontaneity arises knowledge , From knowledge comes experience, from experience grows wisdom.
In this way, power increases, Ability grows, and prosperity expands. Even without desiring it, the mind — along with all its aspects — naturally grows and evolves.
